Orders placed before 5pm depart on the same day as the order. Those made after this time leave the next day. The courier is GLS and usually delivers within 24/96 working hours.

We accept payments with PAYPAL, credit cards, debit cards, postpay and prepaid cards that run on VISA and MASTERCARD circuits.
You can also pay in 3 or 4 installments with the Afterpay or Klarna payment method.
It is possible to choose the "Pay on delivery" payment method (cash on delivery +€4) with a supplement of €4.00.
This latter payment method is only accepted for shipments to Italy, excluding the smaller islands.
We ship all over Europe.
Shipping costs are free for amounts over €30.00 only for shipments in Italy.
Below this amount the shipping costs are €6.00 for Italy.
To find out how much the shipping costs are in another European country, just enter the destination country during checkout to see how much the shipping costs are.
For shipments outside the European Community, you must send an email to clienti@fgm04.com and request a personalized quote specifying the exact address where you wish to receive the goods.
Promotional codes are entered in the cart before entering the shipping information in the appropriate box reserved for discount codes and then pressing the "APPLY" button.
