Shipping times and costs
DELIVERY TIMES
In Italy 24/96 working hours from the moment the order is shipped.
In other European countries please consult the table below.
1. The Customer will pay to FGM04 S.p.a. the price indicated on the order confirmation page. All prices of the Products are indicated on the Site and include VAT only. In the event that a Product is discounted, the original or ordinary price and the final price are indicated.
2. Shipping costs are currently free for orders over €30.00 if the delivery address is located in Italy, with the exception of smaller islands and areas considered disadvantaged, for which there is a shipping cost contribution ranging from €8 to €13. Any cost contribution will appear at checkout with the inclusion of the postal code.
Cash on delivery orders (payment on delivery): +€4.00 (VAT included).
3. For orders under €30.00, shipping costs may vary as follows:
Shipping cost contribution €6.00 (VAT included) for destinations in Italy excluding smaller islands and remote areas.
Shipping costs for orders in Europe: the shipping cost contribution will be automatically calculated during check out once the destination country has been entered
Customs taxes, where required, are excluded and remain the responsibility of the Customer.
4. The amount of delivery costs, where due, is indicated on the order summary page shown to the Customer before sending the order itself.

Delivery times may be delayed due to force majeure, not due to the company.
No responsibility can be attributed to FGM04 S.p.a. for delays in the delivery of goods due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, as well as in the event of strikes, weather events, special holidays, warehouse inventories, transfers of headquarters, changes to information systems and other extraordinary events; they are likely to cause times longer than the indicative ones in processing orders, even in the order of several days.
