Exchanges and Returns for Foreign Countries
Exchanges/returns from abroad
For customers outside Italy, shipping costs for exchanging or returning products are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
The return or exchange must be arranged independently, by sending the package to the following address:
FGM04 S.PA - Via Divisione Acqui, 1, 41043 Formigine MO
Before proceeding, you must send an email to our Customer Service [email protected] requesting an exchange or return of the product, clearly indicating:
- the product you wish to exchange or return;
- in the case of an exchange, the product you wish to exchange for.
Once the package has been shipped, the customer must send the tracking number via email and ensure that the exchange or return is properly delivered to our office.
