The SHAPE-UP 2.0 Leggings are back with a new restyling and a regular fit, now even more sculpting and body-hugging, designed to follow the body without restricting freedom of movement.
The high waist and straight 10 cm waistband wrap around the abdominal area and ensure a stable and comfortable fit during your workout.
The Soft Push Up construction enhances the glutes naturally thanks to the non-ruched central back seam, which follows and defines the silhouette with a discreet and natural effect.
The stretch fabric with F.I.R. Technology (Far Infrared Rays) is full-coverage, opaque and suitable for all seasons.
F.I.R. Technology
Technology is embedded in the yarn's DNA. This is why our F.I.R. Fabric garments (leggings, tops, sweaters, boleros, jumpsuits, bodysuits, and tights) never lose their effectiveness. They contain no active ingredients.
Unlike all other leggings on the market, ours is made with a revolutionary technical fabric in which natural bioactive minerals have been permanently inserted. These minerals absorb body heat and reflect it in the form of far infrared rays (FIR Rays) to offer benefits in terms of both athletic performance and skin appearance: Improved muscle recovery after athletic activity. The gentle heat emitted by the fibers invigorates the body and improves the appearance of the skin. Durable and long-lasting: repeated washing will not diminish performance. Reduction of odors.
Greater muscle elasticity. To achieve aesthetic results, we recommend wearing a garment made with F.I.R. Fabric for at least 6 hours a day for 30 consecutive days.

How long does it take for the products to arrive?
The courier is GLS and usually delivers within 24/72 working hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a link to track your shipment and monitor its delivery status.
Payment methods accepted?
We accept payments with PayPal, credit cards, debit cards, postepay and prepaid cards that run on the Visa and Mastercard circuit. You can also pay in 3 or 4 installments with the Afterpay or Klarna payment method. You can choose the "pay on delivery" payment method (cash on delivery +€4) with a supplement of €4.00. This last payment method is accepted only for shipments to Italy, excluding the smaller islands.
How much are the shipping costs?
We ship throughout Europe. Shipping is free for orders over €30.00 within Italy only. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are €6.00 for Italy. To find out how much shipping costs will be for orders outside of Europe, simply enter your destination country during checkout to see the shipping cost. For shipments outside of the European Union, please email clienti@fgm04.com and request a personalized quote, specifying the exact address where you would like the goods delivered.
How do I enter promotional codes?
Promotional codes are entered in the cart before entering the shipping information, in the appropriate box reserved for discount codes, and then the "apply" button must be clicked.
Washing and care
This garment should be hand washed or machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C, without using fabric softener. Do not tumble dry or iron. If the garment comes unstitched due to wear and tear, simply sew the affected area back together with a needle and thread. Any alterations to the garment will not affect its effectiveness.
In Push-Up garments, we recommend avoiding vertical seam pulls, as they are not stretchy, so they can be easily re-stitched if necessary. Therefore, please avoid pulling in the indicated area to avoid tearing. To put the garment on correctly, simply lift the leggings up along your legs and hips.
Can I use it during pregnancy?
Only for leggings with F.I.R. fabric we do not recommend using them during pregnancy, because, being shaping, they could be too tight on the belly and hips.

Ho preso un completo blu notte, un leggings blu notte in tessuto FIR, un leggigs marrone in tessuto FIR e un top marrone con le coppe. Nel video vedete gli ultimi due, colore stupendo, il tessuto addosso è super confortevole, traspirante e si adatta bene al corpo senza trasparire. Porto una 2C e il top xs-s va benissimo, dalla 4 consiglierei una m-l perché ai lati potrebbe uscirei il seno. I leggings li ho presi taglia M-L considerando che vesto una 42 . L’ho già usato due, tre volte per allenamenti leggeri, non vedo l’ora di metterli per bene alla prova. Per il momento super soddisfatta.
Leggings di ottimo materiale, confortevoli sia durante l’allenamento che nel quotidiano. Vestono molto bene e fanno davvero la loro figura. Inoltre sono super comodi! Consigliatissimi.
