How long does it take for the products to arrive?
The courier is GLS and usually delivers within 24/72 working hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a link to track your shipment and monitor its delivery status.
Payment methods accepted?
We accept payments with PayPal, credit cards, debit cards, postepay and prepaid cards that run on the Visa and Mastercard circuit. You can also pay in 3 or 4 installments with the Afterpay or Klarna payment method. You can choose the "pay on delivery" payment method (cash on delivery +€4) with a supplement of €4.00. This last payment method is accepted only for shipments to Italy, excluding the smaller islands.
How much are the shipping costs?
We ship throughout Europe. Shipping is free for orders over €30.00 within Italy only. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are €6.00 for Italy. To find out how much shipping costs will be for orders outside of Europe, simply enter your destination country during checkout to see the shipping cost. For shipments outside of the European Union, please email clienti@fgm04.com and request a personalized quote, specifying the exact address where you would like the goods delivered.
How do I enter promotional codes?
Promotional codes are entered in the cart before entering the shipping information, in the appropriate box reserved for discount codes, and then the "apply" button must be clicked.
Washing and care
This garment should be hand washed or machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C, without using fabric softener. Do not tumble dry or iron. If the garment comes unstitched due to wear and tear, simply sew the affected area back together with a needle and thread. Any alterations to the garment will not affect its effectiveness.
In Push-Up garments, we recommend avoiding vertical seam pulls, as they are not stretchy, so they can be easily re-stitched if necessary. Therefore, please avoid pulling in the indicated area to avoid tearing. To put the garment on correctly, simply lift the leggings up along your legs and hips.
Can I use it during pregnancy?
Only for leggings with F.I.R. fabric we do not recommend using them during pregnancy, because, being shaping, they could be too tight on the belly and hips.

Non è la taglia che io ho ordinato io ho ordinato una Xs S e poi mi avete mandato una taglia unica. Questo è contrario ad un capo così costoso e ad un’azienda che io ritenevo seria quindi non è il primo ordine che faccio con voi, ma probabilmente questo è l’ultimo perché essere presa per i fondelli, sinceramente non è una cosa che mi va.
Per carità, le offerte tutto quello che volete voi, ma se ordino una taglia si può ricevere la taglia che ho ordinato, soprattutto se sto pagando profumatamente un capo che non vale comunque quello che l’ho pagato, perché la stoffa è di infima qualità gli altri capi perfetti
Sempre lo stesso problema del tessuto per il reggiseno sportivo che risulta totalmente inconsistente e non adatto a sostenere il seno durante l’allenamento. Questo tipo di tessuto in versione “legging lunga” e non shorts inoltre tende a rendere più tozza la figura. Do 2 stelle perché per lo meno essendo morbido (e non avendo nessuna funzione conteniniva o sostenitiva sostanzialmente) ha il vantaggio che non stringe troppo in vita e i movimenti sono liberi.
