WHEN DO THE PRODUCTS ARRIVE?

Orders placed before 4.30pm depart the same day of the order. Those made after this time leave the next day. The courier is GLS and usually delivers within 24/48 hours.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED?

We accept payments with PAYPAL, credit cards, debit cards, postapay and prepaid cards that run on the VISA and MASTERCARD circuit.
It is possible to choose the cash on delivery method if you want to pay on delivery of the goods with a supplement of € 4.00. The latter method of payment is accepted only for shipments to Italy.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS

We ship throughout Europe.
Shipping costs are free for amounts over €29.00 only for shipments to Italy. Below this amount, the shipping costs amount to €6.00 for Italy. For shipments outside the European community, send an email to clienti@fgm04.com and request a personalized quote specifying the precise address where you want to receive the goods.

HOW DO I ENTER PROMO CODES?

The promotional codes are inserted in the cart before entering the shipping data in the box reserved for promotional codes and then the "apply coupon" button must be pressed.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ITALIAN?

FGM04 is an Italian brand. All our cosmetics are produced in Italy.
All our food supplements are produced in Italy except for IMC4SANTE' which is produced in France

I WANT TO PAY WITH CREDIT CARDS BUT I HAVE LOST MY PIN, HOW DO I DO IT?

You can pay by credit card through PAYPAL even if you don't have an account. Just choose PAYPAL as the payment method and enter your credit card details. No pin/key is required

PURCHASE NOTES

We give you the option to make the change. Any requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product by sending an exchange request email to clienti@fgm04.com.
To make the change, the garment must still have the label attached and be intact.
In case of exchange, the return and delivery costs are charged to the customer.

Don't feel like going to the post office or looking for a courier? Don't worry, you can take advantage of our goods collection service.
We will send the courier who will pick up the product to be exchanged directly at your home and will bring the new package back to you.
The cost of the service amounts to €12 to be paid in advance by PostePay top-up or bank transfer.

The new product will be sent only after verifying that the collected product is in perfect condition. Everything, between delivery and collection, will have a time span of between 5 and 8 days.
