During periods of heavy traffic, couriers may experience delays, but deliveries will continue as normal.
Please use the tracking link you received via email or SMS to track your shipment.

As soon as your payment is credited to our accounts, you will be contacted by email with all the instructions and the collection date.
Even with instant payment, it takes an average of at least 3 business days for the exchange to be processed, as requests are processed in the order they arrive.
We kindly ask you not to send reminders, as each request is processed in chronological order.

If your email has not received a response within the indicated timeframe, it is possible that the requested information was already contained in the FAQs present in the automatic response you received when you sent the request.
We also ask you to check your Spam or Junk Mail folder, as our response may have been delivered there.
In any case, all requests are taken care of and managed by our team, in the order in which they arrive.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM ship the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ship the following day. The courier is GLS and typically delivers within 24-96 business hours.

Delivery times for international shipments are generally 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and the courier.

We accept payments with Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay (fast payment)
You can also pay in 3 or 4 installments with the payment method Scalapay or in 3 installments with Klarna.You can choose the payment method "Pay on delivery" (cash on delivery +€4) with a supplement of €4.00.
This last method of payment is accepted only for shipments to Italy with the exclusion of the smaller islands.

We ship throughout Europe.
Shipping is free for orders over €30.00, only for shipments to Italy.Under this amount shipping costs amount to € 6.00 for Italy.
To find out how much the expenses in another European country are in the checkout phase, just enter the destination country to see how much the shipment is.
For shipments outside the European Community, you must send an email to clienti@fgm04.com and request a personalized quote, specifying the exact address where you wish to receive the goods.
