How does it work? It's very simple.
1. What is the IKONER Program?
The "IKONER – Bring a Friend" program is a promotional initiative by FGM04 SpA, reserved for users registered on the website www.fgm04.com. By participating in the program, you can share your passion for FGM04 products with friends, receive benefits in the form of accumulated discounts, and help others discover our products.
2. How it works
Generate your personal IKONER code within your customer account. Share it with friends and acquaintances, even via social media or messaging. Your friends will receive an instant 10% discount on their first order using your code. Each time a friend places a qualifying order with your code, you earn a value equal to 8% of the amount your friend paid. This value does not constitute a financial gain or cash credit, but is a cumulative discount balance that can be used to obtain discounts on your future purchases.
3. How to use the accumulated discount
After 15 days from delivery of your friend's order, and if there are no returns or missed collections, the 8% discount will be available as a discount balance in your profile. When you make a purchase, you can convert the available discount balance into a unique code to enter in your cart. The generated discount code is personal and cannot be combined with other promotional codes, including: other IKONER codes; Ambassador codes; temporary or seasonal company codes; or codes from other users. You cannot use your IKONER code on your own purchases.
4. Practical example
If you send your IKONER code to a friend who purchases a €100 product, she'll immediately receive a 10% discount on her €90 purchase. You'll earn a €7.20 discount (equal to 8% of €90), which, 15 days after delivery and if no returns have been made, will be available to generate a discount code to use on your next order.
5. Conditions for participation
The program is reserved for users registered on the website www.fgm04.com. To participate, you must consent to receiving newsletters and promotional communications. If you unsubscribe, FGM04 SpA may suspend your participation in the program. The accumulated discount balance: is not convertible into cash; cannot be transferred to third parties; and does not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
6. Limitations and suspensions
FGM04 SpA reserves the right to: suspend the Ikoner's account in the event of improper use of the IKONER Code (e.g., use on personal orders, fake purchases); remove from the program users who are inactive for more than 30 consecutive days (i.e., who do not place orders with their code). In this case, any accrued discount balance will remain available for use for 6 months.
7. Advantages for the Ikoner
Access exclusive discounts using your accumulated balance. Share savings with friends and acquaintances. The most active IKONERs may be selected to participate in exclusive programs (e.g., the Ambassador Program) with additional promotional benefits. You'll also be the first to receive exclusive news and initiatives.
8. Legal clauses and responsibilities
The IKONER Program is for promotional purposes only. It does not constitute a pyramid scheme or multilevel marketing activity pursuant to Law No. 173/2005. The participating user ("Ikoner") does not enter into any employment, collaboration, or intermediation relationship with FGM04 SpA. Ikoner is committed to promoting its products transparently and in compliance with applicable legislation, in particular:
to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005),
at the IAP Digital Chart (2016),
to AGCOM Resolution 7/2024 on influencer communications.
Ikoner indemnifies and holds FGM04 SpA harmless from any liability, penalty, claim, or damage arising from: improper use of the program; misleading or undeclared advertising; or violations of promotional communications regulations.
9. Obligation of correct communication
Ikoner undertakes, for a period of 5 (five) years from participation in the Program, not to make public statements, written or oral, that could in any way damage the image, reputation, or good name of FGM04 SpA, its products, brands, representatives, or collaborators, on any media, including social media, blogs, forums, or review platforms. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in: immediate exclusion from the IKONER Program and any other affiliated programs (e.g., Ambassador); the loss of any accrued and unused discount balance; and possible legal action by FGM04 SpA for compensation for damages suffered. FGM04 SpA reserves the right to modify or suspend the program at any time, even without notice. Any accrued discount balance will still be usable according to the procedures set forth in these regulations.
