What is the IKONER Program?
The “IKONER – Bring a Friend” Program is a promotional initiative by FGM04 S.pA, reserved for users registered on the site www.fgm04.com. By participating in the program, you can share your passion for FGM04 products with friends, get benefits in the form of accumulative discounts and help others discover our products.

How does it work
Generate your personal IKONER Code within your customer account.
Share it with friends and acquaintances, even via social media or messaging.
Your friends will receive an instant 10% discount on their first order using your code.
Every time a friend places a qualifying order with your code, you earn 8% of the value your friend paid.
This value does not constitute an economic gain or cash credit, but is a cumulative discount balance, to be used to obtain reductions on your future purchases.

How to use the accumulated discount
After 15 days from the delivery of the friend's order, and in the absence of returns or missed collections, the 8% accrued will be made available as a discount balance in your profile.
When you want to make a purchase, you can convert the available discount balance into a unique code to enter in the cart.
The discount code generated is personal and cannot be combined with other promotional codes, including:
other IKONER codes;
Ambassador codes;
temporary or seasonal company codes;
other users' codes.
You cannot use your IKONER Code on your purchases.

Practical example
If you send your IKONER Code to a friend who buys a product for €100, she will immediately receive a 10% discount, paying €90. You will accrue a discount balance of €7.20 (equal to 8% of €90) which, after 15 days from delivery and in the absence of returns, will be available to generate a discount code to use in your order.

Conditions for participation
The program is reserved for users registered on the site www.fgm04.com.
To participate, you must give your consent to receive newsletters and promotional communications. In case of unsubscription, FGM04 S.pA may suspend participation in the program.
The accumulated discount balance:
it is not convertible into cash;
cannot be transferred to third parties;
does not entitle you to refunds or compensation.

Limitations and suspensions
FGM04 S.pA reserves the right to:
suspend the Ikoner's account in case of improper use of the IKONER Code (e.g. use on personal orders, simulation of purchases);
remove from the program users who are inactive for more than 30 consecutive days (i.e., who do not generate orders with their code). In this case, any discount balance accrued will still remain available for use for 6 months

Legal clauses and responsibilities
The IKONER Program has exclusively promotional purposes. It does not constitute in any way a pyramid sales structure or a multilevel marketing activity, pursuant to Law no. 173/2005.
The adhering user (“Ikoner”) does not establish any employment, collaboration or intermediation relationship with FGM04 S.pA
Ikoner is committed to promoting its products in a transparent manner and in compliance with current legislation, in particular:
to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005),
alla Digital Chart IAP (2016),
to AGCOM Resolution 7/2024 on influencer communications.
Ikoner indemnifies and holds harmless FGM04 S.pA from any liability, penalty, claim or damage arising from:
improper use of the program;
misleading or undeclared advertising;
violations of regulations on promotional communications.

Obligation of correct communication
The Ikoner undertakes, for a period of 5 (five) years from participation in the Program, not to release public declarations, written or oral, that may damage in any way the image, reputation or good name of FGM04 S.pA, its products, brands, representatives or collaborators, on any media, including social media, blogs, forums or review platforms.
Failure to comply with this obligation may result in:
immediate exclusion from the IKONER Program and any other affiliated programs (e.g. Ambassador);
the loss of the accrued and unused discount balance;
any legal action by FGM04 S.pA for compensation for damages suffered.
FGM04 S.pA reserves the right to modify or suspend the program at any time, even without notice. Any discount balance accrued will still be usable according to the methods set out in this regulation.
