• The ikoner declares to indemnify and hold harmless FGM04 SpA and its employees and collaborators from any obligation to pay sums of any kind as compensation for damages, indemnities, refunds, requests, fines, sanctions directly or indirectly connected to the performance of the product advertising activity, including the sanctions to which the Ikoner was held due to its failure to comply with the provisions of the Digital Chart and subsequent amendments, 2016, AGCM and the code of conduct referred to in resolution 7/2024 adopted by AGCOM containing the guidelines aimed at ensuring compliance with the provisions of the consolidated law by influencers;
• FGM04 invites Ikoner to carry out any promotional activity in a transparent manner and in compliance with current legislation on the matter.
