Shipping times and costs
DELIVERY TIMES
In Italy 48/96 working hours from the moment the order is shipped.
In other European countries see the table below.
1. The Customer will pay to FGM04 S.pa the price shown on the order confirmation page. All Product prices are listed on the Site and include VAT only. If a Product is discounted, the original or standard price and the final price are shown.
2. Shipping costs are currently free for orders over €30.00 if the delivery address is located in Italy, excluding the smaller islands and areas considered disadvantaged, for which a shipping fee ranging from €8 to €13 is required. Any additional shipping costs will appear at checkout when entering the postcode.
Cash on delivery orders (cash on delivery): +€4.00 (VAT included).
3. For orders under €30.00, shipping costs may vary as follows:
Shipping costs: €6.00 (VAT included) for destinations within Italy, excluding smaller islands and remote areas.
Shipping costs for orders within Europe: the shipping cost will be calculated automatically during checkout once the destination country has been entered.
Customs duties, where applicable, are excluded and are always the responsibility of the Customer.
4. The amount of delivery costs, if applicable, is indicated on the order summary page shown to the Customer before sending the order.
