CHANGES


Supplements and cosmetics are excluded from exchanges.

For clothing, we offer exchanges. Any requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the product by sending an exchange request email to
cambieresi@fgm04.com . 

To ensure faster and more efficient management of changes, we invite you to send the email after reading the procedures below.

To exchange, the item must still have the tag attached, be intact, and in its original packaging.

If items arrive at our warehouses without the original label or packaging, or if they are dirty, they will be returned to the sender. Each returned package is opened and filmed.

In the event of an exchange, delivery and return costs are the responsibility of the customer, who can use their trusted courier or our service.

Option 1

Choosing your own courier:

If the customer chooses their own courier, they will be responsible for returning the product they wish to exchange. The new package must be collected only after the package containing the product they wish to exchange has returned to our warehouse for inspection.

Each returned package is opened and filmed. If items arrive at our warehouses without the original label or packaging, or if they are dirty, they will be returned to the sender at their expense.

The Customer must send us an email informing us of the chosen courier, what they intend to return, what they wish to receive in exchange, a telephone number and the order number.

The package must be sent to: FGM04 S.pa - Via Divisione Acqui, 1 41043 Casinalbo (Modena). In this case, the customer is responsible for the package until it is delivered to our warehouses.

Once the package is returned, we will notify the Customer to give them the opportunity to reschedule the collection of the new package.

Option 2 

We'll send a courier to pick up the exchanged item directly from the customer's home and return the new package. In this case, FGM04 remains responsible for the package.

The service fee is €12, payable in advance via bank transfer. The new product will be shipped only after verifying that the returned product is in perfect condition. The entire process, including delivery and collection, will take between 5 and 8 days.

Once the transfer has been made, send a copy by email to the address cambieresi@fgm04.com along with what you intend to return, what you want in exchange, the address to collect and return the goods to, a telephone number and the order number.

The package must be sealed so that it cannot be opened. The following address must be written on the package: FGM04 S.pa -

The products are the customer's responsibility, and they must exercise due diligence throughout their lifetime. Once the products are returned to our warehouses, their condition will be inspected. In the event of tampering and/or defects resulting from improper use, the company may request the difference in the depreciation suffered by the products or decide to return them to the customer.

Each returned package is opened and filmed to avoid any misunderstandings. If items arrive at our warehouses without the original label or packaging, or if they are dirty, they will be returned to the sender at their expense. Items that have been washed will also be returned.

RETURNS

IT IS POSSIBLE TO MAKE A TOTAL OR PARTIAL RETURN.

1.  Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (the "Consumer Code"), the consumer customer has a period of fourteen days to withdraw from the contract, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased products. To meet this deadline, the consumer customer simply needs to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the aforementioned period expires.

2. In accordance with art. 54 of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer may exercise the right of withdrawal using, at his/her choice, one of the following methods:

a) transmission by ordinary email of an explicit declaration informing FGM04 of the intention to withdraw from the purchase contract to the email address cambieresi@fgm04.com;
b) sending by regular mail with return receipt to FGM04 S.pa of an explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the contract, at the operational headquarters of FGM04 in Modena, Via Divisione Acqui, 1 41043 Casinalbo MO

3. Pursuant to art. 54 of the Consumer Code, in such cases, the burden of proving the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. The right of withdrawal is deemed to have been correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:
tothe right of withdrawal must be regularly exercised within 14 days of receiving the products following one of the methods indicated above;

b. the products must not have been used, worn, or washed;

c, in any case, the products must comply with the requirements indicated in art. 24, which follows, regarding conformity checks of returned products;
d. the returned products must not be different from those purchased;
And. the products must not have been purchased for resale purposes;
f. The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal that is an integral part of the item (please note that all products sold by fgm04 are equipped with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the item. Therefore, please remember to try the product on without removing the tag and its seal, as returned products without them will not be accepted);
g. products must be returned in their original packaging;
h. returned products must be delivered to FGM04 within fourteen (14) days from when the customer communicated to FGM04 his decision to withdraw from the contract;
the. the products must not be damaged.

5. In accordance with art. 56 of the Consumer Code, if the customer has complied with all the required conditions, FGM04 will fully refund the price of the purchased products, with the customer only being responsible for the return costs, i.e. those for returning the purchased products to FGM04.

6. In the event of a full order return, the customer is also required to return any freebies, gifts, and/or samples received in the package as part of promotions. If these items are not returned, the customer will be charged the cost, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis based on the product included in the gift and/or promotion. In the event of a partial return of an order for which a promotion was applied, the promotion itself will be canceled and recalculated based on the products actually retained. The refund will therefore be determined net of any previously applied discounts. The final refund amount will be communicated to the customer once the return has been received and processed.

7. The consumer customer can decide to use the carrier of his choice to return the products he intends to return.Shipping costs remain the sole responsibility of the customer and will also be responsible for the loss or damage of the products during transport.

 8The Consumer Customer must send the goods or deliver them to FGM04 S.pa to the address Via Divisione Acqui, 1 41043 Casinalbo (Modena), without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you communicated to FGM04 S.pa his withdrawal from the contract.

9. After FGM04 has received the return and checked that all the requirements have been met, the consumer customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return and FGM04 will proceed with the full refund as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date of acceptance of the return by FGM04, provided that the withdrawal has occurred in compliance with the conditions set out in articles 22, 23 and 24 of these conditions of sale.
10. If a decrease in value of the products returned pursuant to the preceding paragraph is found, FGM04 will send an email to the customer in which the amount deducted as a reduction in the refund will be communicated and FGM04 will proceed to refund the residual value of the goods.
11. It is understood that in the event that the return occurs due to a manufacturing defect of the product, all costs relating to the return of the product and/or its replacement will be borne by FGM04 S.pa.

Exchanges/returns from abroad

For customers outside Italy, shipping costs for exchanging or returning products are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

The return or exchange must be arranged independently, by sending the package to the following address:

Before proceeding, you must send an email to our Customer Service cambieresi@fgm04.com requesting an exchange or return of the product, clearly indicating:

  • the product you wish to exchange or return;
  • in the case of an exchange, the product you wish to exchange for.

Once the package has been shipped, the customer must send the tracking number via email and ensure that the exchange or return is properly delivered to our office.
