Attention: For purchases from 1 December to 31 December 2023, PRODUCT CHANGES will be possible until 15 January 2024 .. This is to give you the opportunity to give our clothes during the Christmas holidays. It is understood that the products to be changed will have to be sent back still unused, with the tags attached and in their original packaging.

Supplements and cosmetics are excluded from the changes.

With regard to clothing we give the possibility to carry out the change. Any requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of the product by sending an exchange request email to Customers @ fgm04.com ..

To make the change it is necessary that the garment is still equipped with an attached label and that it is intact and in its original envelope.

In the event that the items arrive in our warehouses without an original or dirty label or envelope, the garment will be returned to the sender. Every package that returns is opened and filmed.

In case of exchange, the delivery and return costs are paid by the customer who can use his trusted courier or use our service.

Option 1

Choice of your own courier:

If the customer chooses his own courier, he will have to return the product he wants to change. The collection of the new package must take place only after the package with the product you intend to change has returned to our warehouses to allow verification.

Every package that returns is opened and filmed. In the event that the items arrive in our warehouses without an original or dirty label or envelope, the garment will be returned to the sender at the expense of the latter.

The customer must send us an email in which he informs us of the chosen courier, what he intends to return, what he wishes to receive in return, a telephone number and the order number.

The package must be shipped to: FGM04 S.p.a. -Via Decorated With Military Valor 2/4 - 41126 MODENA. In this case, the responsibility for the package remains with the customer until it is delivered to our destination in our warehouses.

When the package returns, it will be our concern to notify the customer to give the possibility to reschedule the collection of the new package.


Option 2

The customer can also decide to rely on our pick-up and drop-off service.

We send the courier who will collect the product to be changed directly to the customer's home and will bring the new package back. In this case, the responsibility for the package remains with FGM04.

The cost of the service amounts to € 12 to be paid in advance by bank transfer. The new product will be sent only after verifying that the collected product is in perfect condition. All this, between delivery and collection, will have a time span of between 5 and 8 days.

Once the transfer has been made, send a copy by email to customer @ fgm04.com together with what you intend to return, what you want in return, the address to collect and return the goods to, a telephone number and the order number.

The package will have to be closed so that it cannot be opened. This address must be written on the package: FGM04 S.p.a. -Via Decorated With Military Valor 2/4 - 41126 MODENA

The products are the responsibility of the customer who will have to use the diligence of the good father of a family for as long as the goods remain in his hands. Once the products return to our warehouses, their conditions will be checked. In case of tampering and/or defects resulting from improper use of the goods, the company may request the difference of the devaluation suffered by the products or decide to send it back to the Customer.

Every package that returns is opened and filmed to avoid any misunderstanding. In the event that the garments arrive in our warehouses without the original label or envelope or are dirty, the garment will be returned to the sender at the expense of the latter. Even items that have been washed will be sent back.


RESES
Supplements and cosmetics are excluded from returns.

In the event that you have used a promotion it is not possible to make the partial return, because it would become difficult to calculate the actual value to be reimbursed, only the total one is possible by returning any gifts.

The products must be returned intact, with the original label and envelopes.

In the event that the items arrive in our warehouses without an original or dirty label or envelope, the garment will be returned to the sender. Every package that returns is opened and filmed.


1. If the Consumer Customer withdraws from the contract stipulated with FGM04 S.p.a., without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days, from the day on which FGM04 S.p.a. has been informed of the Consumer Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract, only the costs of the product will be reimbursed.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer customer is required to inform fgm04 Spa at one of the following addresses:

3. From the reimbursement, at the discretion of the company FGM04, shipping costs incurred for sending the package will be deducted if incurred by the company following a promotion (quantifiable immediately in the flat-rate amount of € 15.00) and finally the amount of € 4.00 cash on delivery will be deducted, In case the customer we have opted for this method of payment.


4. These refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods using the same payment method chosen by the Consumer Customer when completing the purchase order, unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Consumer Customer will not have to incur any costs as a result of this reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received, or until the Consumer Customer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.


5. The Consumer Customer must return the goods or deliver them to FGM04 S.p.a. at the following address: FGM04 S.p.a. , Via Decorated for Military Valor n. 4, ZIP code 41126, Baggiovara (MO), without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you communicated to FGM04 S.p.a. his withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is respected if the Consumer Customer sends back the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 (fourteen) days.


6. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Consumer Customer, who can choose the courier he prefers.
