Facial cleansing: a daily routine
I am often asked what the purpose of facial cleansing is.
The face is the first impression we get from the outside world. It's the calling card in professional and private relationships, and it also encompasses very delicate areas such as the eyes, neck, nose, and ears.
We often neglect it, only taking action during important events or gala evenings.
Daily facial care is an act of love that we can practice easily, professionally, starting with cleansing.
Why is it important to cleanse your face?
Our skin renews itself completely every 30 days; however, we accumulate toxic residues on our faces every day. Because the skin is like a sponge, its natural hydrolipidic film absorbs pollution, traces of makeup, and layers of dead cells.
Because of these residues, the skin is neglected and tends to weaken, appearing dull and opaque.
The face can become dry and red: to all this we must add the signs of aging, wrinkles, blackheads, pimples and blemishes.
While we wait for the fountain of eternal youth, we must take care of ourselves. Let's always remember that the skin is the largest organ in our body.
Skin is alive and needs to be constantly nourished and hydrated, reducing imperfections and impurities. A few simple steps are all it takes to care for our face, daily gestures that heal our skin. There are two types of facial cleansing: the first is daily, a loving gesture to be performed every day.
The second, which we'll cover today, is a type of deep cleansing that will explain the purpose of facial cleansing. You can do it in the comfort of your own home, without using any special equipment, once a week. For those with severe laziness, even twice a month is fine. No need for a beautician.
With the money you save, you can treat yourself to dinner with your friends or a night out at the club. Much more fun, don't you think?

DIY facial cleansing: here's how to do it at home
Let's analyze the five fundamental steps to enhance this experience dedicated to our well-being:
-
Opening the pores
-
Cleansing
-
Purify
-
Close the pores
-
Moisturize
What is facial cleansing for: opening the pores
Let's prepare our face for deep cleansing.
Facial skin is composed of numerous pores. Essential to the body's thermoregulation system, they aid perspiration by releasing sweat, but they can become inflamed, dilated, or clogged.
To properly open the pores, you need to use a facial sauna.
What you need:
√ Favorite saucepan
√ 2 teaspoons of baking soda
√ Hot water
√ Stove (gas, electric or induction)
√ Towel
√ Trivet
After removing your makeup Go to the kitchen, choose your favorite saucepan, and fill it with water. Boil it for about half an hour. When it reaches a boil, instead of throwing the pasta in, add two teaspoons of baking soda.

Find a comfortable surface (such as the kitchen table) and place a trivet made of iron, cast iron, silicone, or wood. You certainly don't want the heat to damage your table.
Take a towel and cover your head, being careful not to burn yourself (burns tend to ruin your face!). After a quarter of an hour, your pores will be completely dilated and you can begin cleansing your skin.
What is facial cleansing for: facial peeling
Remove dead cells.
A facial peel can be done using a scrub: it is fundamental for removing dead cells and surface impurities.
A scrub is a granular cosmetic paste containing microparticles with an exfoliating effect. Spread on your skin, it removes debris, allowing natural regeneration and helping it breathe.
There are many effective scrubs on the market with simple, natural ingredients. You can rely on products tested by your friends, so that we can evaluate the real effectivenessThe result will vary depending on your skin type; if possible try a free sample before purchasing the product.
The sugar scrub by FGM04, with argan oil and beeswax, smoothes the skin, purifies and restructures the skin base.

Massage the scrub into your face thoroughly, using circular motions, avoiding the eye area where the skin is more delicate. Rinse with warm water to remove any residue.
We do not recommend scrubbing on acne-prone, damaged or inflamed skin.Treat the problem and then you can remove the impurities with peace of mind.
Purify your skin with a face mask
What you need:
-
Face mask
-
Stereo and good music
-
Beautician sponge pads
-
Waterfall hot
There are some very imaginative homemade recipes for face masks online, with many culinary elements. However, we don't need to prepare a carbonara, but purify your skin professionally and safely!
For this operation I highly recommend you a FGM04 product.
With the Biobotox face mask You'll instantly see brighter, more beautiful skin. It instantly eliminates signs of fatigue, hydrates the skin, and restores elasticity and firmness.
Another great mask is Yogurt Face Mask Red Fruits, with significant anti-aging and firming effects. Its blend of red fruits counteracts the formation of free radicals and soothes.
When the timer on your kitchen or smartphone goes off, wet the sponge pads with warm water. They're beauty supplies, but you can easily find them at any mall or online.
Clean your face of mask residue.

Close pores with toner
The pores are still dilated and need to be closed. How? With a tonic!
Many people perform these treatments without applying a toner at the end. This way all our work will have been in vainIf we don't use the tonic Our skin will retain residue from what we've previously used. Furthermore, our pores will not be properly closed.
If you want a professional result, here's our suggestion. We recommend it for a very simple reason: we tested it ourselves.
What's the point of cleansing your face if you don't moisturize it?
At the end of the treatment, don't forget to apply your favorite cream (moisturizing, anti-aging, mattifying, etc.).
What to do after cleansing your face?
What can we do after cleansing our face? Here are our suggestions:
√ Facial gymnastics to prevent wrinklesAnd: you don't need to go to the gym, don't worry, you can do it from the couch! Gently stretch your face, massaging it with your fingers. Alternately raise and relax your eyebrows. Open your eyes wide, imagining the window display of your favorite jewelry store. Exaggerate your vowels with your mouth, trying to move all your facial muscles: it may sound funny, but it works, try it!
√ Yoga facial relaxantNow you can relax a little. Let's see how to do it correctly. Close your eyes and imagine relaxing every single muscle in your face. Visualize a place that makes you feel relaxed and at ease. I prefer a Caribbean beach, but a mountaintop or a boutique on Via Montenapoleone will have the same effect.
√ Breathe in this moment of relaxation by inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Relax your face completely and forget about everyday stress (husband, kids, bills, boss, colleagues... clean up). We do this about ten times, to eliminate all sources of stress in our lives.
√ Do not expose yourself directly to the sun or bad weatherUV rays and the biting winter cold damage our faces. When you go out, throw on a nice, colorful scarf... and off you go, ready to dive back into the city traffic.
But with a hydrated, relaxed face and an extra gear!
