01 PREWORKOUT is a dietary supplement suitable for athletes as a preworkout based on highly branched cyclic dextrin with caffeine, amino acids, and derivatives including citrulline malate, beta-alanine, AAKG, taurine, and plant extracts. Green tea extract, in particular, has a tonic effect, combating physical and mental fatigue, and is an antioxidant.

INGREDIENTS: Highly branched cyclic dextrin, L-Citrulline DL-Malate, Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG), mix of anti-caking agents (Anti-caking agents: calcium silicate, tricalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide; maltodextrin), Beta Alanine, L-Glycine, Acidity regulator: malic acid, Taurine, L-Tyrosine, Flavourings, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), Rose hip (Rhodiola rosea L. - Radix) 1% rosavin, Ginseng extract (Panax ginseng C.A. Mey - radix), Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze - Leaves), Grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera - semen) dry extract tit. 90% polyphenols, Anhydrous caffeine, Schisandra extract (Schisandra chinensis - Fructus), Colouring: beta carotene, DL-Choline bitartrate, Citrus aurantium var. amara L. fructus immaturus dry extract titrated 8% in Syneferine, Piperine from black pepper extract (Piper nigrum L. - fructus). May contain eggs, soy, cereals containing gluten (oats), and milk.
DAILY DOSAGE: Take 1 scoop per day, dissolved in 200 ml of water.
WARNINGS: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for children under 12 years of age. Consult your doctor before use if you have an abnormal cardiovascular condition. Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources. Avoid taking with alcohol and in the hours immediately before bed.

This garment should be hand washed or machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C, without using fabric softener. Do not tumble dry or iron. If the garment comes unstitched due to wear and tear, simply sew the affected area back together with a needle and thread. Any alterations to the garment will not affect its effectiveness.
In Push-Up garments, we recommend avoiding vertical seam pulls, as they are not stretchy, so they can be easily re-stitched if necessary. Therefore, please avoid pulling in the indicated area to avoid tearing. To put the garment on correctly, simply lift the leggings up along your legs and hips.
