THESE GARMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE SO THAT THEY DO NOT NEED ELASTIC SEAMS. IF THE GARMENT HAS TO BE UNSTITCHED DUE TO WEAR, SIMPLY SEW THE AREA WITH A NEEDLE AND THREAD. ANY CHANGES TO THE ITEM DO NOT CHANGE ITS EFFECTIVENESS.
DO NOT PULL THE SEAM VERTICALLY IT IS A SEAM, NOT AN ELASTIC, SO PLEASE DO NOT PULL IN THE SHOWN AREA TO AVOID A RIP. TO WEAR THE GARMENT CORRECTLY, JUST RAISE THE LEGGINGS ALONG THE LEGS AND THE HIPS.
